Print
the page 1 on 200 gram photographic mate paper.
Always print with the option centred at the
middle of the page.
3.
Now
print the uneven pages (3 - 13) on double
sided ink-jet paper. We recommend 110 gram
paper.
4.
Turn
the printed pages around and print the even
pages (2 - 12) on the backside. If you don’t
know how your printer works, please try it
first.

Fold
down the single pages in the middle. Then
join the pages: First, the title (page 1)
with the unprinted side up. Then, the other
pages are placed on top. The left-hand odd
pages must always face up.

Now
cut it to the final size of 10.5 by 10 cm
and staple it in the middle.
